YBhg. Tan Sri Datuk Seri (Dr) Mazlan bin Lazim has been appointed as the Non-Executive Chairman of Quantum Metal Sdn Bhd effective 16th May 2023.
As a member Of Malaysian Communications And Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and Chairman Of PBLT Sdn Bhd (Ministry Of Finance Incorporated (MKD), he is also a highly respected law enforcement professional and leader with extensive experience in Malaysia national and federal police force. He served and dedicated himself to the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) for 35 years.
YBhg. Tan Sri Datuk Seri (Dr) started his basic police training as a Cadet Assistant Superintendent of Police at the Police Training Centre (PULAPOL) in Kuala Lumpur in 1986. During his service with the PDRM, YBhg. Tan Sri Datuk Seri (Dr) has held various leadership positions in different states throughout Malaysia, including Director of Logistics and Technology Department at Bukit Aman (Sept 2020-Jun 2021), Kuala Lumpur Police Chief (Oct 2017-Sept 2020), Kelantan Police Chief (July 2016-Jan 2017), and so on.
He was appointed as the Deputy Chief of Police of Malaysia from June 2021 until December 2021 before his mandatory retirement.

President of National Co-operative Organization of Malaysia (Angkasa Koperasi Kebangsaan Malaysia Berhad) from December 2006 until now. He is also one of the Member of the Space Services Committee and having experience to become the President of Pahang State Youth Council (MBN Pahang) which is lead by YB Norol Azali Sulaiman Guai. Having experience in the concept of visual, graphic, digital and document design, as well as the uses, benefits and drawbacks of print, electronic and other media which include the instruction in persuasion, consumer behaviour, psychology, sociology and mass media history. He is the Chairman of the 4B Malaysia Youth Movement and also one of the Federal Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation Authority (FELCRA) Board Members.
Tuan Haji Jamal Mohamed Bin SMA Mydin serves as Senior Advisor at WISE (World Integrated Supply Ecosystem Sdn Bhd) and an experienced businessman in the food and technology industry, with more than 25 years of experience. He holds a General Degree in Business from the university.
Tuan Haji Jamal holds several positions at Pen Corp Berhad, including Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of both the Nomination and Compensation Committees.
In addition, he served as Deputy Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director at Prime Utilities Bhd since December 2005.
Haji Kamari Zaman bin Juhari is an Independent and Non-Executive Director of Permodalan BSN Berhad (“PBSNB”). He also sits as a member of the Investment Committee of PBSNB. He previously held the position of Chairman at Bank Persatuan and served as the Director of Development Financial and Enterprise Department at Bank Negara Malaysia (“BNM”). The Development Financial and Enterprise Department, BNM is responsible to foster the development of robust and progressive Development Financial Institutions, and to develop competitive SMEs in achieving socio-economic objectives of the country. He joined the Bank Negara Malaysia in 1982 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Resource Economics from University Putra Malaysia and was later gaining his Mason Fellowship upon graduation in Master on Public Administration from Harvard in 1990.
In 1992, he was appointed as the Head of Offshore Unit in Labuan and then in the same year resuming the position as Chief Forex Trader until 1996 and also served as Deputy General Manager in Labuan Development Authority until 1999 and finally settled as the Director of Development Financial and Enterprise Department, Bank Negara Malaysia since 2008 until his retirement before he joined Bank Simpanan Nasional.
